Chef Rej brings with him over 2 decades of expertise in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in hotel operations, catering and events, and pre-opening initiatives. He led multiple dining outlets and catering operations, managing large teams and driving both guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
His career also includes key leadership roles with The Westin Manila, Marriott Hotel Manila, Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo, and The Ritz-Carlton Naples Florida, where he gained international exposure and honed his expertise in menu development, kitchen management, and culinary innovation. Chef Rej is widely recognized for his achievements in the culinary field, including being named Philippine Culinary Cup Best Chef of the Year (2018) and leading multiple championship winning teams in prestigious culinary competitions.
Known for his passion for excellence, team leadership, and commitment to quality and consistency, Chef Rej is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences while fostering strong and motivated culinary teams.
